Hello — I’m Eda, a HCPC and BAAT registered Art Psychotherapist offering a safe, inclusive and non-judgemental space for people of all ages. I work from the Practice Rooms in London Bridge, SE1, where I offer both short- and long-term art psychotherapy.

I trained at Goldsmiths, University of London (MA Art Psychotherapy), and since qualifying I have worked with both adults and children across charity and public sector settings. My experience includes specialist work in addiction recovery, complex disability and illness, bereavement and loss, anxiety, low mood, self-harm and trauma.People come to therapy for many different reasons.

In my work with adults, this often includes anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, illness, childhood or adult trauma, challenges with emotional regulation, questions around identity, self-esteem, existential concerns, or life changes that have had a deep personal impact. Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect and make sense of experiences that may feel overwhelming, confusing or hard to put into words.

Alongside private practice, I currently work part-time within a public Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service. I am deeply passionate about young people’s mental health and value the opportunity to work not only with children and adolescents, but also with the wider systems around them. This includes supporting parents, carers and school staff, recognising that a young person exists within a network of relationships that may also need care and understanding.

I bring this same systemic approach into my private practice, working collaboratively with families where appropriate to support the best possible outcomes for the young person. In addition to my therapeutic work, I am also a qualified clinical supervisor. I supervise individuals and groups across a variety of settings, including child and adolescent mental health services, work with looked-after children, bereavement services and complex medical contexts.

Before training as an art psychotherapist, I worked as an artist, support worker and care manager, wearing many hats across the arts and care sectors. It was during a period of personal challenge and transition that I encountered art therapy — a process that supported my own journey of self-discovery, acceptance and transformation. This experience continues to shape how I work today, grounding my practice in empathy, humility and a deep respect for the complexity of human experience. I feel privileged to remain connected to the transformative power of art while supporting others on their own unique paths.

I share this part of my story so that anyone arriving here knows this: whatever you have been through, and whatever you are facing now, you do not have to carry it alone. With compassion, creativity and curiosity, we can work together to explore your story, make sense of your experiences, and support growth and change — in whatever way feels meaningful for you.
